Swedish Sour Peaches

These are so fascinating and delicious! First of all…why are they green? Green Peaches? Never heard of ‘em. Secondly…the texture…I love the texture! So easy to bite into and they almost seem to have a jelly interior that I can’t describe. These are a must try! 
Ingredients: Sugar glucose syrup: gelatin; peach juice from concentrate (3 %), acids: citric acid, malic aud; acidity reguiators: calcium citrate, sodium hydrogen malate; fruit and piant concentrates: spirulina, safflower, apple, lemon: flavouring: glazing agent: carnauba wax.
