We package and ship your order within 3 business days with UPS as our preferred carrier for standard shipping. Transit time is typically 3-6 business days. We offer a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping and $15.95 for expedited. Expedited shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii. Orders over $100.00 ship for free.

Candy may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping or if left outdoors after delivery. While we carefully package every order, Crave Collective cannot guarantee products will not melt during transit or after delivery and is not responsible for heat-related damage.

Please consider the weather in your area before placing an order and ensure your package is brought indoors promptly upon delivery.

Customers assume the risk of order heat-sensitive products during warm weather.

If you are local, choose shop pickup at checkout to pick your orders up from us at 3420 Deer Island Drive East in Lake Tapps, Washington. Please include a note with your phone number and preferred pickup time when placing the order.

In-store private shopping is available by appointment-send us an email or a text to (253) 545-1939 to schedule.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged due to our error or you receive the wrong product.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.
